SDLPoP can autodetect most PRINCE.EXE changes, but not yet the guard details (strike prob., extra hit points, etc). When SDLPoP first got autodetection, Falcury (understandably) focused primarily on the most-used modifications in the already available mods. These changes are primarily made by modders through CusPop and apoplexy. And the guard details tab was added relatively late to apoplexy, in early 2018 (v3.1). Only a handful of mods, including yours, modify these guard details. Generally, if guards are modified, then it's just their hit points. One reason some players prefer to use SDLPoP is its quick save/load feature. (Actually, someone recently opened a related issue.) So, this is why you noticed these guard differences in YURA's playthroughs.
