I'm curious why, during the outro, the text is distorted?

Maybe it comes from the fact that this is the Initial Release version, not the last one. IR is used to speedrun this game because it contains more glitches, especially the one that allows to entirely skip the first level of the ruins (that's also why the first temple level is blind).
