I want have prince.exe without time. How I can do

To stop time:
Search: FF 0E 7E 4F
This appears twice. The first one is for the "-" cheat key, so you need to find the second one.
Change to: 90 90 90 90
To hide the "## minutes left" texts:
Search: 83 3E 1C 43 00 74 7B
Change: 74 to EB
