Did you download the Windows package or the GNU/Linux package?

Are there any specific actions that trigger a bug, and, if so, what are its symptoms?
Or does it not give any output at all? Do you see error message(s)?

I've downloaded package for Windows. No error messages, it's just trying to run and nothing happens..

If you double-clicked apoplexy.exe from a GUI, try starting it from a DOS command prompt to see if any text shows up.
Also, try running "apoplexy.exe -v" from a DOS command prompt to see if, at the very least, it outputs its version number.

Well, if you can unzip the package, then Google Chrome isn't the problem.

By the way, recent forum posts can be edited to prevent double-posting.

That's okay, I'll try to explain it in a more detailed fashion. :)

What I suggested is that you go to the Windows command line:
http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chusedos.htm
"1. Click Start
2. In the Search or Run line type cmd and press enter."

There, move into the directory with apoplexy, using the cd command.
Example:
C:\> cd C:\Users\MT\Desktop

Then run: apoplexy.exe
And also try: apoplexy.exe -v

I already did that (see the s-shot in prev message). Problem that it's not work and previous version didn't work either. I reinstalled Windows last 2 years, so maybe it's the problem..

upd..

I found out that I have 64-bit system Windows (not 32-bit).. so, no chance that it will work?

Too difficult for me.. What is CD command? I run cmd and moved this black window to Apoplexy directory then pressed Enter - nothing.. :|

why it works only for 32-bit system?

Okay. How about this:

1. Right click on the program.
2. Select "Properties".
3. Click the "Compatibility" tab.
4. Check the checkbox in front of "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
5. In the drop-down menu below that, choose "Windows XP".
6. Click the "OK" button.
7. Double-click apoplexy.exe.
