Some changes done to the forum!

Thanks to my limited access to the APC I was able to restore some more of the PHPBB3 smilies and also added two more BBCodes: "sup" and "sub".
I'm sorry I wasn't able to recover the PHPBB2 smilies, which look 1000 times better than those. When I find a way, though, I will replace them.
