It's down.
On MSN, he told me that it would be easier to recover the site itself. And that could be done quite soon... But the forums will take a lot of time to recover.

He wasn't, it was nothing about legal stuff. It was just mainly that he couldn't keep the site up with all the other things in his life.

God... Why is every topic here serving the purpose of talking about the downage of PoPUW?! There's already ONE topic where this is discussed. And that's a) enough - and b) giving all the information about what actually happened.
