These Mods are made well, but only up to level 6 and up to level 7. We should try to start passing. The author, as always did-difficult and difficult, but you can play. I will try to pass at least 1 level.....
You still have a MOD, not all levels...can you finish?

Where did you find these mods?
Mod 1 is the LEVELS.DAT of
Neon Persia but with the original graphics, and without the hack that gives loose floors longer delays.
I don't think the levels can be completed without that hack.
If you look closely, Mod 1.zip includes a full copy of Neon Persia, but without LEVELS.DAT.
I guess the author of this "mod" moved that file over the original LEVELS.DAT instead of copying it.
Mod 2 looks unfamiliar to me.
Level 3 and 5 are unfinished, since there are no exit doors.
Level 4 is unfinished as well, because the exit (strangely already open) is behind a closed gate which cannot be opened.
Level 2 is strange, because the prince does not start at a level door. Maybe the author moved the starting position for testing?
The name "dobryne" in PRINCE.HOF might be a clue about who's the author.
Google Translate says that it's in Russian and means "good".

It would be useful if you could pass any of these levels....

I dont remember..but,download where there many mods incompletes..i guess so.. n yes,the first mod,by Norbert..

Thanks! But I tried it, it doesn't help....or I'm doing something wrong....you can show on the video how to drink 4 life on level 1....this is 30 seconds of video...if possible - - - I will try to play!
