Look, Ararat,
It's simple. Norbert is busy. He is not available all the time. So, if you want to connect with him via email (that's the only thing available at the moment), then be clear. Express what you exactly want to express (Never reply with I guess!)

If you don't want to contact him and keep waiting for his reply, simply come to this forum, create a topic, put the mod. Other people (well, even me too!) would play it and give you feedback.

Norbert I think reviews every mod before uploading to PoPOT. So, if he likes it, then yes, he would upload it to PoPOT. It's very simple crystal clear logic.

I tried to play the MOD, but this MOD doesn't seems a good fit to PoPOT as of now. The game doesn't end at all, because win is when the Kid reaches Level 14, Room 5. You can check the screenshot below. I simply copy pasted all the files to Apoplexy editor and on pressing F2, I could see this:
Level 8 is not possible to complete. I also played other levels, but none of them seems a lot changed, nor any possibility to complete them. I didn't even check the mouse special event, on Level 8 because on seeing Level map I can say that the event won't work.

Level 6 seemed possible to complete, but when I tried to complete, there seems a problem coming back from Room 4 to Room 10.

Also, there are some places where at least I couldn't think of any possible way to go ahead. (Well, perhaps, my fault?)

And there are other minor issues like some rooms don't have a connecting room, and that's why the Kid dies...

In my opinion, the author should modify some elements, play through it (test it) at least once before uploading to the forum (don't test it internally through Apoplexy... Use the files and play it as if we would play it).

Hope we would see this MOD on PoPOT after the improvements told above.

Did you send a PRINCE.EXE file?
Perhaps your email provider removed that executable from your attachments when you sent it to me.

Actually, I think probably you didn't know you had to also include the PRINCE.EXE.
Not all changes you make are in LEVELS.DAT.
