Challenging level of only 2 screens

Made a topic about this before, but becaus that maniac deleted al topics it was gone, because it wasnt in the backup.
So, how to solve this level again?
Im kinda stuck at the part where u have to fall down with the triggers etc.

Can you guys help me out?

None. It's an all-by-itself-level created by someone (hanswurst perhaps?) who loves putting challenge upon challenge on us.
