POP1 level format

Hi folks,
several years ago, I found a document describing every single [known] byte of the POP1 level format. I'm pretty sure it was with the FreePrince sources, or at least, it was on the lost popuw forum.
However, I visited the new site and couldn't find this document again, and didn't found any link or reference to FP sources -- the link to download FP in the download area just let me get a 0-byte-file named "download.php?lang=en&file=fp.zip".
Is there something I missed ?
Does anybody still have this doc ? It would be rather helpfull for me.
