If you want to silent the audio, it's easy. Simply silent the audio with any online tool and keep it like that, and make the DAT file. It would be all fine...

I don't know if there's any online tool... I use ffmpeg for all my audio and video needs, so install that, search online and try commands, hopefully it can work...

The attached package contains a WAV file with silence.
With Audacity you could make it even shorter, if you want.
