I don't think there is a mod created by a female.
Although with some nicknames authors use it's impossible to tell, so who knows.

Is it on PoPOT's mod list?

I know of one female member in our forum: Jenny the Musicmaker: memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=477
She hasn't logged in since 2010.

And I found this only now: viewtopic.php?f=73&t=667
It seems she was working on a mod, but it was never released.

The PoPUW forum had some users with the rank "Princess of Persia". I guess they all were female.
I have a faint memory that this rank was created because someone said she doesn't want to be ranked "Prince".
But I couldn't find this in the archive.

It has Jenny (probably Musicmaker), and it also has a "Sarah". Norbert, do you know who is she?

Most recently (afaik) - but still about a year ago - was endriuw, who played various mods, started the "Karateka of Persia?" thread, and motived me to add the spoiler tag to popot.org. But musicmaker was probably the most active, in particular on PoPUW with thousands of posts. The 'princesses' at PoPUW I can find with a non-optimal grep on the forum archive are "Devilian", "carrie_indira" and "Amelia".

Sorry, I don't. I asked folks for their first names, used these for the video, but didn't save the replies. The WWW of user Alexandros here includes "sarah", but that website was about vocalists Sarah Brightman.

The post indeed begins with "I am Andrea", but the PoPOT profile says "Country: Italy" (and "Gender: private").
And in Italy, Andrea is usually a men's name. Think of Andrea Bocelli.
