I desperately looked through every nook and cranny of the forum. I did find a link, but it was broken...

So I'm asking: Does anybody here have PoP V1.3 on his/her computer and could upload it? I would appreciate it...

Why you need 1.3 exactly?

PopUW had the explanations, but I am not finding the diffrence between 1.0 1.3 1.4 (specially betyween 1.3 and 1.4)

I heard that there are a 1.2, but I never found it.
