You are doing the correct thing, but you should start with 3 lives...
I forgot this mod starts with 2 lives...
I was testing with SDLPoP (in apoplexy) and it uses 3 lives.

Norbert! Contact the author of this MOD - 191 let fix 2 problems in the game: 1 level-add 3 life, and eliminate the transition from 12 to 13 level, it does not work. I passed all levels (with megahit) - only there were these 2 problems. And so the game is interesting. Video walkthroughs will come out when the author will fix the problem.

Why did the author do a trap early in the game, I added 1 life in the megahit and was level... but the author started with 2 lives... how can there be a trick to drink 3 lives? Is that why I asked you this question?

One way is with the "hard jump".

This trick 42 is used a lot in Aram's Hard Jump (SuavePrince). You need to jump really late, as seen in the video at, for example, 0:08.

Although, probably that's not the solution prince777 planned.
