Skeleton Swaping: CusPop

For my mod I need the the skeleton to wake up where jaffar stands in level twelve, but then in level 10. So these are my settings:

As expected, it did not work. So I tried messing around with the original level 3 skeleton cords:

But also here nothing changed (except for the ""spawn always"" option)
Is this possible with or without changing the hex code? If yes, please help me, I'm stuck.

(If you are really friendly, could you maybe make the PRINCE.EXE for me?)

As expected, it did not work.
Did you put a skeleton (on the floor) to the place you have set?
Note that rows and columns are counted from 0, so row 1 is the middle row, and column 3 is the fourth column from the left.
(I can't tell if this is correct without seeing your level.)

(By the way, the original Jaffar is in room 1, at row 0, column 7.)

Furthermore, the skeleton will not spawn if there is already a guard in the room.

Again, rows and columns are counted from 0, so row 3 is the top row of the room below the current room (room 1 in this case).

No need to try again, I got it to work!
Fun fact: If you change the type of guard to GUARD where the skeleton has to be, it will appear pitchblack! Cuz of the program not knowing which pallet to use! XD

I take back my post, I do need help...
When the skeleton respawns in the room below, it skill is reduced to level 2 like in the original level 3. How do I change this?

I can't reproduce this.

I tried changing the skeleton's skill to 7 (level 8 first guard) and 8 (does not attack),
first keeping the skeleton event on level 3, then moving it to level 10.
When the skeleton reappears in the room below, it keeps its skill in every case.

What are we doing differently?

Mmm, Have you set the guard type to jaffar?
I do

EDIT: I tried setting up my PRINCE.EXE again, this time it somehow does work! Thanks anyway!
