I see that Robert has made 17 mods, as you know I want to make at least 100 mods (finished in 2032 or so) in my lifetime, believe me, I have improved these months, which is the limit of mods a user can have in your website?

No limit, although I would still advice quality over quantity.

Maybe add a quality rating which would specifically be by a moderator (should you wish to make someone) and/or admin (you). This won't be mixed with user ratings. So that, people can download only if they think it would be fun to play it. E.g: Just by completing the level running top to bottom, or left to right, or vice versa, is not a mod in my opinion... Maybe moderator and/or you can add a quality review rating (You can name the feature whatever you want).

I know it would take some time to rate existing mods, but what's the hurry?

Yes.
I'm modifying PoPOT to allow users to add and modify their own mods themselves.
In the future, you can add ZIP files and screenshots etc. yourself, and don't need me to do it.
This takes time for me to implement.

I'm going to add functionality to PoPOT that will allow registered users to add their own mods, including screenshots and such.
I've just added two new mods to PoPOT manually (Amogh's Levelset 1 and Youran's Levelset 1).
With the exception of Shauing's upcoming SNES mod, I will temporarily (1-2 months, I expect) not add new mods.
This will allow me to focus on adding the new functionality.

This is taking longer than expected.
It's still an ongoing project.

Please link to all new mods that are not yet on PoPOT, and I will add them manually.
