I'm really looking forward to this film to come out. I know we've been talking about it for years (starting all the way back on PoP-UW). However the prince being dressed up like the one in Warrior Within suggested to me that this film is quite mixed up and I believe it's not much of an adaptation of the SoT game. I don't know more, so I can't say more, but from these pictures it looks OK.

I believe the script of the movie was posted on the old forum - written by Jordan Mechner - and I really liked what I read (of course, it remains to be seen how much of the script will actually be implemented in the movie).

The movie has a talented director (Michael Bay) & good actors (Ben Kingsley, Jake Gyllenhaal) -- so I definitely think this could be the best movie adaptation of a game ever.

Yeah, this looks really good and I really hope it WILL be... I don't want another franchise ruined by an awful movie...

I'm really looking forward to it, and even though it IS Disney, and it isn't a straight-forward adaptation, it is kind of hard to make an acrobatic-sequence-followed-by-a-fight-followed by a-save-cutscene and then loop this about sixty times into a movie, don't you think?
And the Vizier looks amazing!

This is sands of time, darn, I was thinking it was going to be the original Prince of Persia, have a whole lot of dungeons and spike pits. And purely 2D rooms.

Ahem, jokes aside: It looks rather interesting even if it is only milking the cashcow we know as Prince of Persia. Let's hope it's a decently made milker.
