PoP videos / images
Re: PoP videos / images
The page has further images, showing close-ups of the figurines.
It's shown on the old site of Hardcore Gaming 101 as "Japanese Game Boy Cover", but your image has better quality.
On the new site of HG101 it's curiously labeled as "Japanese Mega CD Cover", even though the cover itself says "GAME BOY" quite prominently.
MobyGames has a scan of the cartridge, featuring a different image in the same style.
A thing I recently noticed about this cover is how much the scene is based on the actual gameplay, when compared with the other covers.
Namely, it shows a chomper, torches, a crumbling loose floor, and spikes.

They say this is the world record but wasn’t Suave Prince’s speedrun faster?

Probably they mean a more official/verified record, with the set up/recording done by people other than the player (CapnClever).4DPlayer wrote: ↑May 28th, 2019, 8:59 pm They say this is the world record but wasn’t Suave Prince’s speedrun faster?

Plus perhaps they thought using "World Record" in the video title could get them some extra views.

This is kind of funny.
The first level of PoP1, but with a twist.

Re: PoP videos / images
Yeah, every room is from a different version.

In one case it switches even within a room.
The DOS and the Mac version appear twice with different graphics.
I tried to guess the versions, then I compared my list with the description on YouTube.
I guessed correctly in all cases except two: I've mistaken the Amiga version for DOS VGA, and the Sharp X68000 version for PC98.
By the way, the Sega Master System part has a watermark that says "GMIX6809", which is not present in the rest of the video.
I guess the author made this video from videos made by others.

OOOOH my Gosh! I was so much laughing my Ass off.. Not because of the innumerable Deaths, not because of the Wrath of the Player, but because of the Kinds of Curses he spilled. The Words he blew out. Jesus, was I laying on the Ground! So hilarious, so hilarious!!!

Well, I must honestly confess, this was even more funny. Nearly landed on Deathbed because of a Laughing Spree.. If anyone'll ever ask You, why our primary Passion is Prince Of Persia, just show 'em that Video. They'll doubtlessly understand.Norbert wrote: ↑August 9th, 2013, 2:25 am[Edit: Added 9 July 2016. --Norbert] Great!Jakim wrote:Classic dance moves:
