Of the first three PoP games, you mean, or of all?
All. I really like how they captured Persian art and mythology, as far as that was possible in such an old game. Pity no one wants to remaster it properly.
Enemy design was good, proper mix of humans & magical creatures.
Game / level design and variety (jellyfish inspired dirigible)
The fact that you had to use several weapons, each with it's own advantages and flaws (soul swapping arrows)
The fact that you were too only human, and could take one opponent at the time
It was way ahead of its time (still unmatched)
I don't like the directions newer games took. Here's a sword, slay zombies. Though, in their own right, Sands of Time had great story and characters, Warrior Within great gameplay (just try to find the picture of the lead designer, and you'll understand why everything went vampires).
They're good, but not Prince of Persish... so to speak.
