I didn't even know there were TAS-capable DOS/PC emulators.

We've seen several of his other PoP-related creations, including the simultaneous playback of 12 ports.
And, like you, he's a David and his Twitter header image (banner) is a gathering of furries; Fur Affinity visitor; he's into PoP; he writes software ("Software engineer").
