You could have drank the second coloured potion on the way of return. This makes you visible again
Actually you need to kill Jaffar on the button 3 times. He dies the fourth time so the gate remains open all the time. I did not think this was possible since the gate was too far away. But I guess, I will let that be as it is. Here is the solution. In my opinion, killing Jaffar 3 times would have been enough because it starts feeling robotic doing the same thing so many times. To make things more interesting the 3rd time you could have set the skill where Jaffar does not move forward but attacks (ala level 8 guard) because only the second attempt to kill Jaffar feels different from attempts 1, 3 and 4.
Thanks for the solution Dmitrys, but I think I will let the player decide if he wants to be fast and avoid Jaffar fight, or Hit Jaffar 3 times and go peacefully Also, I have released a bug fix version which fixes the False quicksave when feather fall is ON. You can also make Jaffar walk on air to avoid the other way of passing the level.
