How do I get to the level editor in SDLpop?

Hi.
I watched this video how someone managed to get into the level editor of SDLpop: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8bJitLw8x40&t=170s
Just because I only use Windows, I don't know what exactly I should do there so that I can also get into the level editor?
In Powershell I ran this command: "D:\Downloads\SDLPoP-1.22\SDLPoP-1.22> ./prince edit 2". It did start the SDLPop, but unfortunately still without a level editor.
Can someone please tell me a real tutorial on how to start the level editor under SDLpop and how to use everything? I couldn't find the right instructions anywhere.
