Visual issue with Brain's SNES graphics

Visual issue with Brain's SNES graphics

When using SNES graphics (by Brain), there is some light blue color in the background for lifebars and the Shadow character.
Is there some file that needs to be added or some setting to change in INI?

But I thought that I fixed it back in 2014: viewtopic.php?p=15235#p15235
