SDLPoP v1.24 release candidate?

Even if there aren't many changes, new releases now and then might help get the application on people's radars.
Especially now that it's been over two years since the last release.

Maybe tackle https://github.com/NagyD/SDLPoP/pull/319 before a release?
I see that someone comments "solved now tks", so perhaps it's something more users run into?
[Edit: In fact, I see that yet another person ran into something similar. See the "mentioned this pull" at the bottom.]
Although I have absolutely no idea what the pull is about, nor the quality of the suggested changes.
Plus you may be too busy with other stuff to look into it yourself.

Here is the release candidate of SDLPoP v1.24, attached to the post.
The ZIP contains the Windows binaries and the source as usual.

Unlike last time, I marked this release with a tag in Git: v1.24-RC .
(I also updated the v1.23 tag to point at the actual release and added v1.23-RC for the RC.)
