You can look at the exit doors of the original levels, note what tiles (tile numbers) are used, and build your exit door from the same tiles.

What do you mean by "I domain events"?

I see your workaround is to use apoplexy. As I wrote here, you don't need to manually add the backgrounds, it adds them automatically. Pr1SnesLevEd can do more than apoplexy, so what you could do is first create the general level layouts with apoplexy, and later polish/tweak with Pr1SnesLevEd. Pr1SnesLevEd has many more tiles, such as different skeleton bones for floors, has the ability to modify colors, etc.
