Changes since the last version:

+ Updated SDLPoP support to v1.23, with teleports.

Note that SDLPoP 1.23 has yet to be released, so currently teleports only show up in-game after replacing apoplexy's SDLPoP/ directory contents with (a manually compiled version of) SDLPoP's "teleports" branch.
