apoplexy v3.13 released

I've just released version 3.13 of apoplexy.

Changes since the last version:
+ PoP1 for DOS gameplay keys can be disabled (F4).
* Fixed a minor visual bug (kid dir, again).
(atrueprincefanfrom18, no need to announce it on Facebook)

I don't know. Maybe never. Currently, I don't even have a smartphone...
