if i wanna upload a avatar (amin and pic)
i cant they said
extern WMV or BMP cannot load (under the 71 kb)
what i need to do

Topic moved - with shadow topic in place.
The problem you have is that the avatar you want to upload is larger than 71kB. So you have to convert it into a smaller format. Try using Irfan View (
That one should do it for you).

no the file was 69 kb and 50 b 50 px

Then I guess you can't upload pictures with a *.wmv or a *.bmp suffix. What suffix does the picture have?

Sorry, but I can't help you any further... Does anybody else have an idea?
Edit: Hmm... Your current avatar is 51x51 pixels large and is in *.png-format. Try converting it to PNG, then.
