Random Level Generator for PoP1 Snes

Hello.
So since there is a "Random Tournament" for PoP1 DOS, I wanted to ask if there is something similar for SNES? Because it would at least be very cool if there was a tool with which you can generate random levels for PoP1 Snes. And if there is no tool yet, can any of you try to develop it? Or at least a program with which you can convert PoP1 Dos Level into Snes Level, because that way I can at least use the levels from Random Tournament.
Because it's about so that the game never gets boring, because you keep playing with different random generierte levels.
