How can I Hex-edit Jaffars hit points?

Hallo, how can i hex edit JAffars hit points and what is the maximum?
Please no advice for other tools, i have to do it by hex-editor, otherwise i will not be able to finsih my mod.

Is this a DOS mod you're creating with apoplexy?
If so, in apoplexy press F2, then on the right side, next to where it says "(12b)" change the hitpoints to whatever you want.
That will leave other PRINCE.EXE changes intact.
