I have play tested in SDLPoPv1.21 Maybe try using the latest one? I don't know how that can solve the problem, but maybe it can.
And there's no 59. There are 60 and 61. Does it work in DOSBox? I have no problems playing it...

Difficult... but in 1.21.... everything works.....go on...but there isn't enough time....

You are going too slowly. You are killing every guard with chomper, so that's why you are feeling there's not enough time. Mostly you need to either jump over them, or you need to kill them easily. For example, the blue guard one on the right side, you could simply have run and jump towards him and he would be dead. The one on the left, simply jump through him. This mod is definitely possible to complete with 10 or 20 minutes as score left.

Author .... tell me how to pass the guard in room 5... my son and I don't have time to open the gate.... the guard catches up with us.we can't get the guard out of room 5... it just disappears ... look at the video to see it ... or we are not passing correctly ... tell me, as the author!?

You need to be perfect in timing to go through the gate and the distance matters as well. Try again, it would work
