Hey opr, I have a small suggestion.

It's possible to make the player start on the first level you modified if you do the following:
- Rename "Prince.exe" to "Game.exe".
- Create a file Prince.bat, with in it: GAME.EXE YIPPEEYAHOO LEVEL3

That way players don't have to play the first two levels, the one on the rooftops and on the beach.

by the way, 100 min you have only in begining game (ALT+L and choose slot "100 minutes"")
and i think, YIPPEEYAHOO is killing the sense of this mod

Well, PoP2 IR uses the "makinit" cheat, whereas the other two use "yippeeyahoo". There're some minor differences in the command-line params accepted as well. As for exact differences in level design, I'm sure you can open them up in some level editor or level layout printer and compare.
