OK, I guess Eagle didn't intend the level to be a palace at first. The "blue stripes", as Veke described it, look in arrangement like brick wall segments in a dungeon environment.

I've finished everything in level 3, but the open potion won't work!!! Yes, the loose floor I want to fall is on tile 1 of room 8, and when I drink the potion, nothing happens. When I don't do the room-linking that is required, it works. When I do the room-linking and everything is done, the potion doesn't work ! WWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYY?!!!!!!!!!

Huh? I made some testing, and I found it really straightforward...
A open potion trigger once whatever tile is on room 8 tile 1 (upper left corner).
You can open something temporarily putting there a trigger buttom with normal events, or you can put below that tile (tile 11) a buttom and on tile 1 a falling floor, that will fall on tile 11.
I still don't know what you don't figured.

When I don't do all the room linking, and I drink the open potion, the loose floor on tile 1 of room 8 drops. When I finish all the room linking, and I drink the open potion, the loose floor doesn't drop.

That means that room linking has changed the location of room 8... it is somewhere, but I don't know else

I FINALLY FINISHED LEVEL 3!!!!!!!!! I had to redesign room 8 though. I think I might just use some of the SNES demo level shown in the video below and add more to it for level 4 .
