You can always ask the author. However, I don't see one available anywhere. Why don't you try running it with Wine?

I'm the author of apoplexy and I just read your post(s). About half of apoplexy already works with just the keyboard, but I'll try to make everything work with both the mouse and the keyboard. Of course, this will take some time (a month?), since I'll have to get familiar with my own code again - it has been over 2.5 years since I released version 1.0b - and it'll require both new code and changes of the old code; plus have other obligations in real life. When it's finished, right after I've notified Freshmeat and other software websites, I'll make a post about it in this thread. It's ready when it's ready, as they say.

It was a lot more work than I expected it to be, but apoplexy v1.1 is finished!
I will upload it later today (30 January 2011).
I've already uploaded an updated tutorial video on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gIibMzgUZ0

poirot, could you please add a board for apoplexy? If you do so, I will make it the official discussion board for the application and link to it from my website. You could move already existing threads on this forum about apoplexy to it. Please do not add the board under the "Princed Project" header. Maybe under "Other stuff". Or in a new category, under which you could also move some other boards that are currently under "Princed Project". :)

How about apoplexy v1.1?
The instructional video mentions all the keyboard shortcuts.
See also the file docs/keys.txt inside the package.

All the changes in this version:
  • + All actions can now also be performed with the keyboard. The keyboard shortcuts are listed in docs/keys.txt, and they're also shown when running the application. In order to ensure consistency, the "h/j/u/n keys" are not used on the main screen.
  • + On the room links screen, a room that is being moved is now marked with red stripes.
  • + Added seven additional interface sound effects.
  • + The application now warns the user about unsaved changes.
  • * Changed popup.wav (3.7MB to 6kB) in order to decrease the total size of the package.
  • * There's now always a tile selected, to allow for faster switching between mouse and keyboard.
  • * Cleaned up the code a bit, mostly by adding more functions.
  • * The Princed Resources editor has been moved into the pr/ directory.
