Prince of Persia

Hi guys, hi Norbert,
I need your help again.

It was no problem to get the DAT-Files and the title-graphics inside.
I also created some new files - without using gimp and GPL, because I used the size and colors of the originals.

But after I started the modified prince, the title screen got ... crazy.

What is wrong with it? And what have I done???

Thx to everyone who like to repair my graphics, transform them into my prince-version and upload or send it to myself.

There are two problems:
1. The images are 256-color (8bpp), but they should be 16-color (4bpp).
2. They use a palette that is different from the original.
Number 1. is the bigger problem.

You said you "created some new files", but you should instead edit the exported files.
(Or if you really edited the exported files, the program messed them up. What program did you use?)
What you can do:
- Export the original title.dat again.
- Open each exported image in a graphics editor.
- Paste your modified version onto the exported image and save.
- Import these files.

Thx for the help, I will use these infos in the next coming modd.

Because "the great adventure"-modd has a new title and some corrections in the modified level, I would update the actually version of it in the next weeks.
