Exactly what do you not know?
In the version on myabandonware, you can move the right prince with left,right,up,enter,insert and the left prince with A,D,W,Ctrl,left Shift.
You can change these with 2PSETUP.EXE.
Run README.EXE to read the documentation. (I admit I've had this game since 2005, but I haven't seen README.EXE before...)

You can find that in README.EXE under "Special Attacks".
WHATSNEW.TXT also tells how to do that:

Press defense and backwards at the same time, you'll become a shadow.
Continue pressing them, you'll become a flame man!
