I have never heard of this tool before.
It supports "Prince of Persia (paper) / Prince of Persia 2: Shadow & Flame / Prince of Persia ver 1.3 (1992)".
What could "paper" mean in this case?
(NEV_UNIV.EXE has "Prince of Persia (key-disk)" instead of 1.3.)

NEV_SHAR.EXE greets me with a funny message: "This September 1993 Shareware NeverLock is 299 months ouf-of-date."
Anyway, I tried it with PoP 1.0, and it removes the protection by changing 02 00 to FF FF as I wrote here: viewtopic.php?p=13476#p13476
