isup.me also says it's down: https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.popot.org
What happened?
Temporary downtime.
I'll message the content provider.

[Edit:]
Apparently there was a power failure which caused a malfunction because the emergency generator didn't turn on.
They are now doing all kinds of checks and fixes to get all of the websites they are hosting back up.

It seems https://www.popot.org/ is down again, together with https://www.apoplexy.org/ .
They worked about 10 minutes ago. (I downloaded the new Apoplexy at 13:35.)
The images here are broken as well.

Yes, the host seems to have another big problem, because even their own website has been down for about an hour.
It'll be interesting to read what they'll write was the cause this time...

I think the fat guard fix should be added to popot.org.
It’s a very good dat file and it is better accessible from popot.org since not many people visit popuw.com anymore.

It's been down for about 1.5 hours now, from what I can tell.
And even the content provider's website is down.
I'm sure they are working to get it back up.
Let's see what the situation is like in a couple of hours.

[Edit: It works again, don't know since when. But according to the content provider their infrastructure provider had an outage.]

Didn't experience anytime, just asking for curiousity, is there a bandwidth your host puts for the website? Shouldn't be down so many times...

I'm going to add functionality to PoPOT that will allow registered users to add their own mods, including screenshots and such.
I've just added two new mods to PoPOT manually (Amogh's Levelset 1 and Youran's Levelset 1).
With the exception of Shauing's upcoming SNES mod, I will temporarily (1-2 months, I expect) not add new mods.
This will allow me to focus on adding the new functionality.
