Ok, im attempting to edit Prince of Persia Sands of Time (xbox) textures,
I got to and edited the TGA files containing the characters skin, but when it comes to
putting the textures back into the game im stuck, Are there any such tools out there
that will inject/compile textures back into Ubisofts BIN format? Would it be possible
to create a program to do so? The closest thing ive seen is this
but it extracts the files to a DEC format or something, and isnt very noob friendly :/
If anyone here knows how to program, I would *pay* for a tool to recompile the BIN files
and then insert them into the BF file.

help would be greatly appreciated
