Prince of Persia

One of the pictures from the ending of PoP for TurboGrafx CD shows something that I can't interpret.
The left thing is a sword standing on the floor.
But what is that thing on the right? It looks like some kind of crystal.

Hm, maybe a hexagonal pendant.
