The PoP1 Total Pack uses mods with the DOS format, it automatically downloads packages from popot.org.

A PoP1 for SNES Total Pack does not (yet) exist.

I don't understand what you mean, apoplexy can only export and import DOS XML.

Off-topic, I was wondering about your usage of double question marks (??).
I saw on GitHub that you're from Colombia, which, I think, makes your native language Spanish.
Are the double question marks a replacement for ¿...?
Or maybe it's just something you use to emphasize the sentence is a question?

Okay, I think I understand what you're trying to do.

Here's what I think might be a good path for you to take:

Pr1SnesLevEd has a File menu with "Export level..." and "Import level...".
Those menu entries export and import compressed levels.
A good start might be to ask David to add two additional menu entries, to export and import uncompressed levels.

Once you have that, you can export a SNES level in uncompressed format.
Then, search for "Parts of the level:" on the SNES format wiki page.
This should allow you to understand the uncompressed level that Pr1SnesLevEd exported.
This won't be easy, of course; you'd have to study the exported level with, for example, a hex editor.

Once you understand the uncompressed level files, you should be able to create new level files that Pr1SnesLevEd can import.
Finally, you could make a program to convert apoplexy XML to the SNES uncompressed level format.

Yes, i have partially readed snes format in my tool, but seems those are uncompressed levels, also what i need to know is how to handle with custom levels.dat from the total pack, converting those to apoplexy or there is anything else to do?

Those work with uncompressed levels only, and this is how it always been.
You didn't look inside the exported files, did you? ;)
