Because we need version 4.0 that features SNES mods and PoP2 mods!
Now 3.5 has already SNES mods but they don't work!

Hm. If you ever work on a new release, maybe you can limit the number of mods that can be downloaded in one go to 10. (e.g. "Please select no more than 10 mods.") Going exclusively by access log-like information of popot.org, I think maybe (some) users have a tendency to just select all mods and then press Install. Alternatively, you could add a 3 second delay between each mod, although with the 200+ mods that would add 10 minutes of waiting time. (e.g. "You have selected x mods. It will take at least x minutes to download these all.")

I've been waiting all those years, and the SNES Total Pack has not been finished yet.

Can you try to program a software with which you can import the PoP1 level and then convert it to SNES level?

I can play SNES levels with Total Pack 3.5.
(And that's on Linux, via Wine...)
So, it's already possible, with 3.5.
If, for some reason, you can't with Total Pack, you can try poplaun instead.
And/or post the error message you get with Total Pack, so we can try to help.

In theory I should be able to create this without too much effort, but I don't really see the point of such a tool.
(Similarly, I don't really see the point of my snes2dosxml.)
The gameplay and keyboard handling of the DOS and SNES ports are very similar.
DridiSara, why do you want to convert DOS levels to SNES levels?

Just a suggestion (and a question):

Maybe Total Pack should be re-uploaded with fixed ini file. Sure, It's a dumb problem to solve, but every time I download it, I totally forget to change those few lines. The issue is marked with red fonts just after the download link, but from my experience, people rarely read... and I'm guilty of that too, especially if I'm expecting something to work out of the box.

Will the new graphics be added to Total Pack? Like the Prince with the ponytail from Norbert's (?) mod... I think I've asked this question already, can't remember...

Trying opening a SNES mod with Total Pack 3.5 my pc says: The execution of the code cannot continue because d3dx9_42.dll was not found. To solve the problem, try to reinstall the program.

What does it means?? What d3dx9_42.dll is?? How can solve it??

According to this page, you need to reinstall DirectX on your computer.

I did, but after download I have difficulties with it. I have Windows 10 and I don't see it in the systems on wich it works. It means I can't use it on my pc?

After download opening it, it asks me where I want to place the extracted files, and I have to select cartels, but some are not allowed to select, especially that in wich there is the total pack, that where I think I have to put it.

Make a new empty folder and select that.
After the extraction finished, start the extracted DXSETUP.exe in that folder.

God, I made it! Now seems to work, but I still have difficulties: commands are different with SNES version? SHIFT here doesn't work for anything: no short steps and no clining to the edge when he drops. I also have difficulty making start the game, I try different buttons and at the end it starts, but I still don't understand by wich button, I guess one of the letters.

Now I discovered: V replaces shift; but SNES mods don't support special commands U, H, J, N to see the other rooms without going in?
