Change the Color of the menu

Hi everyone , today I have a question. It is possible to change the color of the intro and the menu selection ? ( change the blue color in the background and the orange, blue for the menu selection) thx.

For the texts of the menu:
Search "00 00 00 00 00 20 FF 7F". (offset 0x2168 or 0x2368)
These are four colors.
The first (00 00) is not used.
The second (00 00) is the black you see in the border of the menu.
The third (00 20) is the blue background of texts.
The fourth (FF 7F) is the color of the texts.

(Or wait until I add this to the palette editor.)

If you want to change the colors of the full-screen background:
The best would be if I added an "Edit screens palette..." to the SNES editor.
(And add labels to each row, telling which row is what.)

It is possible to change the number of level of prince of persia ? for example, have 30 levels instead of 20 ? the music and the demo animation can be change ?
