hexa hack ( like translextion ) or pr1snesleved ( room link , etc ) ?
It could be pr1snesleved misc hacking editing section...
I don't know why I should make a tutorial on this section. The hack section is very easy to use, you just need to choose level , count etc.

spartacus735, I have a question about Advanced Color. Check this:
Pic 1 (left): shows the Pr1SnesLevEd with all layers modified, but my question is about the custom tileset marked with a circle, the "air" candles. They're blue.
Pic 2 (right): shows the game, but the air candles are'nt blue. They've the same color I put for the level, grey. And as you can see, layers 1 and 3 has been modified, but I cannot change layer 2.
Pic 3 (down): shows the line color for blue: Overwritten by hitpoint palette. That's is the color that I used for the candles. The red is the one that show up for me when I'm creating new tilesets for layer 2 to the Green Palace.
I mean, the (empty) color only works for layer 3, right? But how can I change the layer 2? Could you help me with this, please?
On your video, you showed us 2 different colors for the layer 3 and I want the same for layer 2. It's possible?

All right, thanks!
Nice video! I like to do some traps with those looses, heh. Open a door that closes another and such. We can make several things with them. But, I really would like if there another option like that mark for "don't trigger next" for open permanently instead use loose for this. I mean, we have a few HEX for this, but, you know, I think will be better... Or course, I'm glad with everything we have, but like you said before, it is limited for somethings.

Apparently we cannot change the layer 2 with customs color. I don't know why.
To bad... Anyway, thanks for your time and sorry for the late reply. More problems with my computer...
By the way, pretty nice colors you did there! You really know your stuff.

Do you mean using "palette: 1" in the level graphics editor?
It seems that PoP ignores that setting on layer 2. (As you and Spartacus already figured out.)

Yeah, I thought that I was doing something wrong with that layer 2 since we can change it with the level editor, but that means nothing for the game, then I ask for help. I tried a few more things later, but nothing work, so I did another thing for my mod instead, heh.
