i think nobody has explored this part in level 4 pop 4d 1 which is probably a maze like. it has a second life extention potion ... have a look at the video ..

I don't think a lot of people here know 4D Prince of Persia well enough to know what level 4 is like in general.
What I mean is, not many people, even those who played this mod, will remember what exactly level 4 was like.
Which means they probably also don't know/remember whether what is in your video is unexplored or not.
