I don't think so.
If there is a way, it requires an as yet unknown trick in room 24.
(The room where you need to stay in the top row and go back and forth over several loose tiles.)

If somehow going back and forth there is possible, then the rest should be fairly straightforward.
In the room above the drop button next to the spikes is a loose tile.
Drop that loose tile on the drop button.
This will close the gate, but you will open it again later.
Etc.
