I'm not a pro, but... While you can't convert fat into muscle, one way to burn fat and gain muscle is to ask a set of dumbbells for your birthday. Adjustable ones, where you can take off (and re-add) weight, such as these. There are many different dumbbell exercises (see attached images), allowing you to train many muscle groups. Dumbbells allow you to get in shape without having to visit (and pay for) a fitness club. Work out twice a week, each time 1 hour. That's just 2 hours a week in total, but the challenge is to keep doing it, every week. Start slow, to make sure you don't strain muscles. Before you start, you could use a jumping rope to get your heart rate up and increase stamina. Eating less and more healthy food also helps, of course.

Thanks a lot Norbert, after many long and hard months I started to see results, one of my favorite pants started to fall over and I had to tailor it.
