What are you working on?

Post by mickey96 »

This forum is very quiet these days. So I thought I'd ask people what computer projects they are working on.

At the moment I have 2 RPG Maker projects on, one VX and one XP. It'd be nice to hear if there are others who use this program on this forum, other than me and mk1995.

I'm working on a RPG with RPG Maker VX, too, but the progress is agonizingly slow. Especially due to the fact that I drop things pretty fast.

Just to make something clear: I will not reply to daft PMs like "Where can I find X?" or "Can you give me a link to Y?". Most of your questions are likely answerable if only you took your bloody time to look through these forums and use Google if all else fails. Sheesh...

Interesting! Let us know something more - maybe some screenshots? Are you working on real C64 or emulator?

Isn't there a PoP C64 port already? Or are there thousands of ports to that one system? Could somebody please enlighten me?

Yeah it's just a demo. I have it and I can upload it next week if anyone wants it.
EDIT: mrsid, thanks for working on a functional Prince of Persia on C-64.

A puzzle game, in RPG Maker VX. Tougher to make than I expected, but we'll see.

I'm working on a (non-PoP-related) 3D multiplayer platform game, using Irrlicht and Bullet.
Learning a lot of new things, it's very challenging but at the same time - so far - surprisingly doable.
I still have a lot of work ahead of me, of course, but I'm pleased with the progress I'm making.
Maybe, one day, several years from now, I'll post some screenshots in this thread or link to a place where the game can be obtained.
