Re: Greetings

I wish I had started watching pro-wrestling during the Monday Night Wars, but I was not able to... I started watching WWF in late 2000. To me, it was all a good time until the day Eddie Guerrero died, which caused Chris Benoit to lose his mind. It was never the same after the Benoit tragedy. Yes I a...

Re: Greetings

Hi Sting, and welcome. I am curious to know: Do you still watch professional wrestling? If not, in what year did you stop watching? As for me, I was a wrestling fan until about January of 2008. Thank you in advance for your response.

Re: Temple of Chaos

I acknowledge and respect that SuavePrince currently does not have time to reproduce the level 5 trick. With that said, I would like to ask Norbert some questions to help improve my (and hopefully other members') PoP1 gameplay. I think you need to turn around on the loose. Then hit the chomper ledge...

I recommend taking a C Programming class where you output to and accept user inputs from the console.

Re: What PC do you have?

Sorry about mistyping RAM which also led to Shauing mistyping RAM. I also have a Dell laptop which has a Core i5 (dual core), 256 GB SSD, and Windows 10 Home, 64-bit. Although the laptop is more powerful than the desktop, I prefer using the desktop.

Re: Which OS do you like?

I echo 4DPlayer; Windows XP Professional (with SP3) was the best OS. I used XP Pro on my previous desktop until I built my current desktop in 2017. I installed 64-bit Windows 7 Professional on my current desktop. I do not plan to upgrade the desktop to Windows 10 unless Mozilla Firefox stops support...

Re: Big Question

I don't think modding is easy and I believe that there has always been room for improvement. I believe that instead of creating levelsets, the bulk of the effort could have gone toward creating single levels. For example, there could have been a 'POPOT.org Levelset 2019' made by a team of 16 people....

Do you own a smartphone?

I have a smart device (a tablet which I mostly use for reading and watching videos) but I have never owned a smartphone. I will come back to this topic and post if/when I buy a smartphone.

Thank you Norbert. I hope your schedule allows you to make occasional videos, like the one you recently made about your top 3 VR games.

Re: What PC do you have?

Mainboard: Intel DQ77MK
CPU: Intel Core i3 2120
Ram: DDR3 10700 (4 x 2GB)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030, 2GB
HDD: 64GB SSD for OS, 500 GB HDD for data
OS: Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit

Although outdated and not powerful, I like this build because the desktop is not noisy.

Re: What are you currently studying?

Thank you Shauing for your kindness and congratulations on your versatility and success. ROM-hacking was my main hobby in my twenties. In hindsight, I should have spent more time learning about PoP programming (DOS, SNES, NES, Sega CD, MegaDrive) and less time fueling my obsession with the Japanese ...

What are you currently studying?

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I have not participated in the forum for the past several years, but I used to be fairly active. My question is: What are you studying lately? If you are currently enrolled in school, what is your major or research area? If you are not currently enrolled in s...
